Our blast freezer (pictured to the right) is a specialized freezing process that rapidly lowers the temperature of perishable goods—usually from room temperature to -18°C or lower—in a short period of time.
It uses high-velocity, super-cold air to freeze items much faster than standard freezing methods

The angled conveyor belt (yellow/orange) is designed to feed products—like seafood, meat, or packaged goods—into the blast freezing chamber.
This is important because:
It locks in freshness, texture, and nutrients (especially for food products like meat, seafood, and produce).
It prevents large ice crystals from forming, which can damage the cellular structure of the product (this is why blast-frozen food often has better quality after thawing).
It’s used for both food safety and compliance, reducing bacteria growth by quickly bringing products below the “danger zone” (4°C–60°C).
