COVID-19 Prevention Measures

Considering the evolving COVID-19 situation, Olympia Transportation is taking the following steps to ensure the health and safety of our office staff and warehouse crew. It is important to keep everyone safe and maintain product flow through the warehouse while practising isolation.

  1. No driver entry to the office and the warehouse
  2. Please send all mill BOL via email to check-in the driver for a delivery appointment – [email protected]
  3. Trailer number/order number and BOL as the email subject
  4. Shipping office to reply via email assigning the unloading dock number
  5. Shipping office to print the BOL, sign and send it back via email confirming receipt of goods
  6. The driver may call the office at 604-549-0075, press 2 if any questions or concerns
  7. Shipping office to check outside to confirm driver arrival
  8. Please do not send the drivers before the delivery appointment
    • Drivers arriving early will be turned away to attend the drivers with a valid appointment
  9. If the driver is running ONE HOUR LATE, you must rebook the appointment via email. Next available appointment will be assigned
  10. The yard speed limit is only 10 km/h, both at Meadow and Riverbend
  11. All drivers must wait outside the warehouse/yard until an unloading dock becomes available
  12. Please do not block any of the driveways going into the warehouse/yard
